Make API for linking to panes

Would be cool if you could #link to panels from the URI

Closing as this is far outside the scope of this project. If you want client side url routing, Ember/Angular/React and Backbone now all have solid routers. If you just want to use hash params, normal hash links work just the same with this project as always.
