I noticed libetsf_io moved its downloads to GitHub. However, without release tags it is now very difficult to obtain the code of libetsf_io for a specific release. Please tag releases to make their downloads possible.

And it need at least one proper release for the 1.0.4 version that used to exist on http://www.etsf.eu/system/files

Please fix this ASAP
