A tagging system has been implemented for markers in the dataload side of things but no front-end implementation has been done.

Add the ability for users to filter markers by tags. For example, display only chests from melting snow.

Once this is complete, we can start a project to merge Time Trials, Dandy, and Seelies into the chests and have them implemented as tags.
