Absorbs not showing over unitframes

Absorption amounts are not shown on top of health in any unitframe if health is at 100% (I think they're called Over Absorbs in Elv options). A strange yellow vertical bar appears on the right of a unitframe whenever there's an absorb, but not the overlay covering health and showing the amount of absorption. Absorptions are showing properly if there's missing health.
