Can someone maybe help me. Can't manage to get my Huawei Inverter/Dongle integrated in HA using this integration. As far as I can see i have updates all the firmware and made the right changes in settings. The only strange thing that is happening is when setting the paralel communication settings. Detials of this behaviour are below.

Device Information:

  • Inverter (SUN2000-4KTL-M1) / Software version: V100R001C00SPC146 (Latest)
    Inverter settings
  • Dongle (SDongleA) / Software version: V100R001C00SPC130 (Latest)
    dongle settings
  • MBUS-upgrade / Software version: V100R001C00SPC300 (Latest)

I did change the following dongle settings:

  • Modbus TCP = Enabled (unlimited)
    2
  • Paralel communicationmethod = RS485 --> This settings stays when i set it and go a couple of screen back and then return. But the settings disappears when I close the app and make a new connection with the dongle. Then it says 'NA'.

I keep getting 'Failed to connect' when trying add the 'Huawei Solar' integration from the HACS store. Already tried all variations of the parameters (slave 1 and slave 0) & (port 502 and port 6607).

Hope someone can help me or give hints to troubleshoot so i can add them in HA

.

hi, I followed this guide: https://forum.iobroker.net/assets/uploads/files/1648205803725-sdonglea-05-modbus-tcp-guide.pdf
You are talking about parallel communicationmodus but I didn't have to change anything there, only in the sdongle settings. That might be the mistake?
