Links accumulate for MQTT publisher sending to many topics.

When using MQTT gateway in the standard plan to publish to a topic hierarchy, a link accumulates in the console for each unique topic published (e.g. publishing to news/eu/fr, news/eu/es, and news/eu/uk results in three sending links). The links remain until the client's connection closes.

If a client publishes to a large number of topics, this could cause excessive resource consumption.

Links that remain unused for sometime should either be timed out or an alternative approach found, perhaps utilising the anonymous terminus.
