Description

As a team
we want to measure good interactions vs total interactions when market actors peeks messages RSM-014 from wholesale
so that we get an indication of availability of the peek process

Acceptance criteria

  • Team (including PO/SME) can follow measurements on good interaction vs total interactions when market actors peek new messages.
  • The measurements are displayed as percentage (100% = Market actors can always peek generated RSM-014 messages, 0% = Market actors can never peek generated RSM-014 messages)
