Server kicking flying players

Describe your issue.

The player died and then used an air-charm to fly back to his mid-air gravestone and halfway through it kicked him out of the game for flying even though he had previously been flying using an angel ring.

Enable flying in the server.properties file and restart the server

I hadn't changed this property on my server and can see allow-flight was true in earlier versions so this default must have been changed in the recent server tar
