Pork rinds don't have pork

The Pork Rinds from Pam's Harvestcraft lack pork.

Apparently, this dates from #1779, where CraftTweaker was used to fix the fact a few food items lacked recipes (which I think still hasn't been fixed from the mod's end).

Pork Rinds and Cracklins do have an in-built recipe, but this is hidden deep in a changelog somewhere, requiring another mod to enable them.

I suppose it could go one of two ways:

1. That required mod is added, which would add an infrequently-used item - only good for leather (and American footballs apparently) - to pigs' drop tables
2. CraftTweaker is used to re-add something in lieu of pork skin to Pork Rinds, and probably something to Pork Cracklins as well to help differentiate it
