Add block tags for new chiseled blocks

Add chisel block tags to all blocks tagged with chisel item tags

Why would you like this added/changed?

In this modpack, Chisel item tags got greatly expanded to allow chiseling of additional blocks, but only item tags got added, so chisel-in-world feature still only works on original chisel blocks (you can chisel original chisel blocks into any block from item pallete, but can't chisel blocks that aren't originally chisel due to missing block tags)
