Replace Base docker image with a Meshroom image: https://meshroom-manual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/first-steps/install/getting-meshroom/platforms/docker.html

I don't see from where to get AliceVision binaries. So, just get Meshroom and AliceVision binaries from here: https://alicevision.org/#meshroom
