Add instructions to create virtual env and install requirements
Add docker compose setup (Postgres, Redis, Stripe)
Add instructions to set up Stripe (include references to create product)
Add instructions to start containers with docker
Add instructions to run migrations
Improve index template to reference important sections in the docs (rather than having the basic copy we have now, might as well make it useful
