Добавить в качестве основного 3Д слоя (срезав один уровень зума сверху).
Котярины домики прикрутить как 3Д для мобильных девайсов.

Если всё-таки надумаете, данные можно брать с http://data.osmbuildings.ru/.
Там прописан Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *, так что для всех, кроме IE (у него только с 10-й версии) будет работать.
