Terraformer.noConflict()?

This would be great for things like Esri Leaflet. Where Terraformer is a dependency but shouldn't overwrite Terraformer if it is in the global scope.

Leaflet has a pretty simple implementation of this. https://github.com/Leaflet/Leaflet/blob/master/src/Leaflet.js#L2-L23

esri leaflet uses arcgis-to-geojson-utils now. closing, but happy to revisit.
