add sample for displaying information for related records

a customer in the forum requested that we create a sample demonstrating how to query/display information from related records in a flat table after someone has selected a feature on the map.

i think this is a good idea, and will try and take a stab at it sometime soon.

unfortunately not. i've been sidetracked by other projects (including a new GP service layer for esri-leaflet), but i hope to get to this sometime soon.
