Stops aren't necessarily mode-specific, so this might be challenging.

Trips are mode-specific, so it would be easy to exclude modes from the frequency counting portion. This would make the most sense for the Count Trips at Points tool.

This issue will not be addressed. BetterBusBuffers will be deprecated with the release of ArcGIS Pro 2.9, which will include the Calculate Transit Service Frequency tool with equivalent functionality.
