requests for supporting .css are incorrectly aimed at the web server hosting the proxy

try proxying
http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services

in web traffic you will see a failed request aimed at the server hosting your proxy
(ie http://localhost:50961/arcgis/rest/static/main.css)

false alarm, the .css resources are still being misdirected.

I'm not sure if this is something we want to support. The purpose of the resource proxy is not to work as a full web page proxy where we would inspect the content and re-write image/css/js etc URLs.
