Why create Web Map doesn't work in localhost?

@hhkaos -- the ArcGIS Online map viewer has a whitelist that only allows embedding in this manner on the domains arcgis.com and esri.com.

Aha, so it is not possible to use the viewer is another domain?. I suggested to a startup in our program to embed the viewer in their solution (a UAV mission planner) because I really think it make sense.

Is it possible to request Esri Inc to be included in that whitelist?
