Adding as self-configurable app fails

When deploying this template to a web server and adding it as a self-configurable app to Portal 10.6.1, the builder fails in MainView.js function webAppConfigLoaded at the line 292:

app.isGalleryCreation = ! Object.keys(app.data.getWebAppData().getOriginalData().values).length;

Cannot read property 'values' of null
