Description
If I want to set jail for offline player, it doesn't work. This doesn't work to others commands where offline mode is available. I have all rights to use offline commands

Steps to reproduce
Input command /jail set jail Username time or /whois Username (or others typical commands)

Expected behavior
Commands work for offline players

The EssentialsX team doesn't develop nor support EssentialsMysqlStorage, and it could be the culprit behind this issue. Please attempt to replicate the issue without EssentialsMysqlStorage installed to see if it still occurs.

Closing due to lack of response and using unsupported plugins. We can re-open this issue if you try what triagonal suggested, and are still having this issue (ideally with no other plugins to test except for EssentialsX, and basic supported plugins like LuckPerms and Vault). Screenshots may help as well, if applicable.
