Also every name list menu may be ordered same way

Implemented in build 2.1.0.80. Now there is an option that enables moving recent tags on top of each search that is enabled by default.

However the feature works not as well as it could be. In case of searching in entire repository when pattern is too short then recent tags goes behind the searching limit. This behavior may be changed in future releases.
