CTRL-- and CTRL-+ on Windows shrink/expand the inner window, not just the text #7288

Platform: Windows x64 10.0.22000
Plugins: none
Frontend: xterm

Pressing ctrl+- shrinks the whole inner window, rather than just shrinking the text. In the screenshot below, you can see that there is an inner window inside Tabby that has shrunk down to about 80% of the size of the actual Tabby outer window.

It is often useful to shrink the text to grab a screenshot of a whole function. This tends to work in other terminals.
