After downloading MoveToDesktop-1.3 Avira Antivirus detects ADWARE/Adware.Gen2 in MoteToDesktop.exe .

I experienced the same problem with MoveToDesktop-1.4, The program is no longer working after I updated it to the latest version and Avira Antivirus tries to move it into quarantene after every reboot

Symantec Endpoint detects version 1.4 this as Heur.AdvML.C.

Read the code. The project is not doing anything malicious that I can see. If concerned about the compiled executable then compile it yourself. Also, check out my virtual desktop project. Sorry, it’s not free. Stuck with this nice app if you want free with less features.
