As per instructions on the reviewer page here: https://ep2014.europython.eu/en/proposals/cfr/

The "Apply to sign up as a reviewer" button is missing on the change your profile page here: https://ep2014.europython.eu/en/accounts/profile/change/

The review process is over. Thus we deactivated the possibility to sign-up as a reviewer
