This is a placeholder issue for implementing billing. This includes:

  • Alliance Billing
  • Corp Billing
  • AutoPay
  • Alliance Maintenance Fees
  • Structure Maintenance Fees

There is too much here which is completely unimplemented (skeleton code) and big DB schema changes required. As such, I'm choosing to not integrate it into my work on Alliance and Sov as this would increase scope.
