Cannot remove Event - Advisory mission offer from Journal

Describe the bug
Viewed an Event - Advisory mission from Nirhaka Imaya but cannot remove offer from journal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Started as Civire - Mercenaries - State War Academy. Started in Kisogo VII State War Academy.
2. Viewed mission agents on right-hand side of screen.
3. Double-clicked Nirhaka Imaya to view their Event - Advisory mission.
4. Closed mission preview using X in top-right to avoid accepting/denying.
5. Opened Journal to see mission with Offered status.
6. Right-clicked mission and selected Remove Offer. It did not disappear from Journal.

Expected behavior
Upon right-clicking the mission offer, it should be removed from the player Journal.

System Details:

• Server OS: Windows 10 using DockerDesktop, GDB active within image, shown as Fedora 10.2-4.fc33
• Docker build
• EVEmu Version 0.8.4 (staging)

I suppose rejecting an offer is not implemented, shouldn't be too difficult I believe
