Steps to reproduce

Add a load of skill to a plan
Enable primary and secondary attributes from settings
Click column header to sort by attribute

Bug

Skill sorting by attribute (primary or secondary) don't works

Expected

Skill are sorted to match prerequisite order then 'subsorted' by attribute
