""NOT SURE WHAT EDIT/ALTERNATE SHOULD DO" is apparently appearing on some pages (e.g. stream detail).

Go through the UI to ensure all of those have gone.

The UI is now at EventStore/EventStore.UI@c69c414 which resolves this and fixes several other bugs.
