好友消息撤回参数IFriendMessageRevokedEventArgs内的原发送时间属性SentTime在1970年左右

看了一下mcl输出的时间戳是10位 有可能把10位的时间戳也用毫秒来计算实际的发送时间了

看起来是 mirai-api-http 的锅, 不知道为啥, 它把时间戳按位与了一个0xFFFF
L32那里的位操作应该是正确的
