Jail command doesn't save status effects and recharges Micro

Describe the bug
One of my staff reported that the jail command doesn't save status effects and recharges Micro.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a status effect with or w/o a micro, or vice versa
2. Jail the person
3. Send them back
4. Status effect does not save and micro recharges to full no matter what.

Expected behavior
What's supposed to happen is that I'm assuming it should save yet it doesn't.

Server logs
Nothing seems to appear in the LA Log when jailing
