Template Tag Debugger searches inside comment text

I had an alert from the Template Tag Debugger.
Upon clicking through I found it had flagged up a description of a template tag that was included within an EE comment (i.e. text enclosed between {!-- and --} constructs) within a template.
I don't know how easy it would be to implement, but probably the Template Tag Debugger should be skipping over the content of commented out text.
