Unable to fully disable dyes

Switching custom dyes off still leaves them partially registered.

This may help you when i try to disable dyes this is the crash i get seems to me like a little syntax error that a "if null break to label" in recipe handler area , could fix otherwise not really familiar with java. v3.16.4 of extrabiomes
