- Add tomcat 9.0 to include 2.35 DHIS2 compatibility
ATTENTION: this version breaks compatibility with cores created with previous versions. Please be sure to regenerate your cores if you install 1.2.0

- New command: upgrade - upgrades DHIS2 instance creating from one version to another creating all intermediate versions
- New command: rm - deletes downloaded images and containers
- New command: pull - downloads a DHIS2 set of images leaving it ready to execute but without starting it
- Refactor: images can now be created using database dumps in plain text (.sql), gzipped (.sql.gz) or binary (.dump) formats
