[Feature Request] Support for Start/End ( or Start / Duration )

This would be really useful for getting portions from a playlist.m3u8. Unfortunately this will always start from position 0.

Obviously the chunk sizes cannot be changed since this only rewrites the manifest keeping the desired chunks, so the values should be adapted to the nearest compatible value.
