TMM: Integrate and remove ladder1v1 tab into the matchmaker tab

Ladder 1v1 is just another queue, so it should be accessed via the same interface as all queues. We'll need to figure out what to do with all the ladder stats. Maybe there is space for them on the Matchmaking screen, and they can also be generalized for the leaderboard associated with each queue.

Some notes:

• Each matchmaker queue has a leaderboard associated with it. This leaderboard is a rating type (i.e. global, ladder_1v1).
• Consider players as always being in a party. So queueing for a 1v1 queue just means queueing a party with only yourself in it.
