Download game patches from configured list of mirrors

Some users experience extremely low download speeds (especially on patch days) due to throttling on our content server. The client should be able to download the files from one or more mirrors added through the settings. It will need to verify the checksums against the expected values returned by the API to ensure that the files can be trusted.
