To Reproduce

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Appearance item
  3. Click Choose button of Background image section
  4. Try to select any image file (you can't do that because the dialog asks only folder select)

There are workaround: to manually write the full path to the image file.

Log or error message
No error.

Expected behavior
Selectable image file
