QoL: Separate the emoji selection from the text field

As it stands now, the emoji selector is inside the text field, so if you've typed a long message, it's partially obstructed by the emoji selector, which makes reading the text that's being typed hard to read.

It would be nice if the emoji selector remained in the same position (maybe slightly more to the right) but was in a block by itself so that the text typed in the text field wasn't obstructed by it.
