Map preview images for most Co-Op missions are missing

Describe the bug
Most of the map preview images for Co-Op missions are missing.

I've been experiencing this ever since installing v2022.12.0, and it persists after updating to v2023.1.1.

To Reproduce
Open the client, navigate to the Co-Op tab. Select any mission.

Log or error message
These messages show up in the log when changing to a map that doesn't load an image:

Showing the map preview.

This is an issue with the images not being present on the server itself not a client issue.
