Local replay needs to download files right after game

A replay needs to download files even right after the game. It shows downloading units.nx2 and takes a long time, even though you just played the game and want to watch the replay

The client makes no assumptions as to the state of the game files and so always verifies the game version to that of the replay. You can turn on caching in the client settings to help mitigate multiple downloads
