When will it be ready to be released?

I was trying to remove every bug I find and add as many features as possible before releasing it. But I think the only way to find more bugs and discover what features are needed is with people using it... and people will only use it when its released...
So, is it "ready" to be released?

Yes. Preferably on CPAN :-)

It gets to the point where the only thing you can do with software is release it into the wild and see how well it fares. If you are confident that you have done all you can, then it's probably time to do just that.
Please do have at least a minimal test suite before you release, though.

I'd like to fix the #72 but I guess making a release might motivate someone else to fix it sooner.

So I say go for it. If there are missing features that I need I'll be sure to send a PR ;-)

@jonathanstowe do you think #72 is fixable? I mean, do you think it's easy to fix? I'd be much happier to release without that problem... but I have no idea how to fix that... :(

Ill release first on ecosystem if @lizmat don't mind... I have to reset my pause password and I want to release now the precompilation problem is fixed...
