Backend version compare modal creates wrong URLs for files and links (injects "/administrator/") #594

J3.7.0 will allow frontend SEF urls to be generated from backend

for now we can just make a fix and remove "/admistrator/"

URLs of file field when viewed in backend was fixed recently, closing
