display unauthorised links in Flexi module #970

Actually the module use the "Show unauthorized" items from component settings

but it will do the above regardless of user is logged or not

it is possible to add this:

Use component setting
No
Show unauthorized
Show unauthorized to guests
Show unauthorized to logged users

so we can use it for different settings in the same website.
