[Bug] ResellersClub CCTLD Contact Errors #77

The ResellersClub module relies upon a lot of special cases for different TLDs, some of these have not been included.

An example shown in Discord earlier was the .FR tld having issues with the ContactType.

After patching these, it's probably also helpful to include a bit more context as to why that's happening in the module (comments, 😄).
