Following Situation
Plane was powered up for testing without radio powered up
Servo connected to PWM OUT
After a while I heard the gear of the servo got killed because the board tried to force the servo in some crazy position which it was not set up for.
My rudder installation only allowes 1300 to 1800 - rest is physically blocked - I assume that Servo got signal way out of that range even it was set in Effects menue to be between 1300 and 1800

You set ALIVE to PASS and HIT SHAKE to 200?
If radio is not powered, RX may have sent 1000 to PWM IN that get forwarded to PWM OUT, so nothing even to do with HIT effect.
