[Bug]: Rich Soil untillable in Botany Pots

Describe the bug

Attempting to till Farmer's Delight's Rich Soil in a Botany Pot with a hoe does not turn it into Rich Soil Farmland; tilling Dirt in a Botany Pot will give you Farmland.

Steps to reproduce

1. Put Rich Soil in a Botany Pot.
2. Craft a Hoe.
3. Right-click Rich Soil-filled Botany Pot.
4. Pot GUI opens upon right click.

To see expected behavior in action, replace Rich Soil with Dirt and replicate the steps above.

Expected behaviour

Rich Soil should turn into Rich Soil Farmland when tilled in a Botany Pot.

I have been scouring the internet and asking everywhere to see if this is an intended feature or a bug, and finally just decided to write a report for the issue. If this is an intended feature, I apologize.
