email form plugin: attach as PDF is not loading CSS

It's using the correct PDF template but there's no CSS (nor template_css.php nor custom_css.php).
It is ok if creating a PDF via PDF button in the form.

From 3.7 to 3.8.1, there are no more css in the html used for generate pdf attached to email.
I had to revert to 3.7 version of "pdfAttachment(&$thisAttachments)" for css to be included...
