Viewlevel plugin default item not customizable.

At least make it so that access levels are sorted by the ordering column, in order for the user to have a chance to correct it.

Not sure if you are still interested in pursuing this fix, but if you are...

1. Would it be better to include a "Please select" at the top as default so that a ViewLevel is not selected by default by accident?

2. Can you please submit existing and proposed screen shots to illustrate what the intent of this is?
