Crashing on specific server

About 8 out of 10 times when I join a specific server ( 51.254.57.133:27030 ) I crash right before I spawn for the first time or a few moments after I spawn for the first time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join 51.254.57.133:27030
2. In the gray pre-spawn screen (where you're in the city hall and everything is gray but you can move the camera) you may crash. Try clicking to spawn if you do not crash
3. If you do not crash in the next 5 minutes after spawning then you are not gonna experience the crash (at least in my experience)

I've reproduced this across two different computers of mine and I've tried all the mending things (verifying game cache, disabling addons, deleting and reinstalling addons, deleting the downloads folder, etc)

This happened a bit longer after being on the server (maybe 3 minutes).

Looks like it has something to do with Lua, it mentions Lua panic in the dump but I didn't get a Lua panic (or any other) popup on crash

@Jonjon1234 Your crash is completely unrelated, seems to be caused by either Discord Overlay or whatever "Raptr Tv" is

When the server removed VCMod the problem was resolved
