Can't get walletd to work

I tried to download the linux executable but linux doesn't know what to do with it.

I downloaded the source code (instead) and per the readme, I did "make install" which just complains about how its not a git repositiory (I think it did do some stuff the first time I ran it though, other than complain).

In the end when I try to ./factom-walletd it just says no such file or directory
